Session time and frequency vary, however, I typically like to begin with weekly, 50-minute sessions in order for therapy to feel effective for you.

I am in network with the following insurance panels:

Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oxford , Oscar Health, UMR, and Magellan

Out-of-pocket:

$130/session

Sliding scale: apply if you may be eligible

I can also provide you with a Superbill upon request if I am not in-network with your insurance.
